Do I need a hard drive?
The Wii U works best with an external hard drive to store games. Send one in with your console, or we can add one at cost.
How does the mail-in service work?
Order online, mail your system to us, and we do the work, test it and ship it back. Listed prices include return shipping unless noted.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our labor is covered for one year. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.
Do you include games?
No. We set up the hardware and software and show you how to back up and load the games you own.
