Refund policy & turnaround

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, email alen@retrogaminginsider.com with your order number.

• Before you mail your system: you are refunded in full on the next business day.
• After your system has shipped to us, but before work has started: you are refunded the cost of your order minus shipping expenses.

Parts

There are no refunds on parts once they are installed. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.

Labor

Labor is refunded only if the work we did fails. If a mod we performed stops working as it should, email alen@retrogaminginsider.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Turnaround

Most work is completed in 1 to 3 business days of your system arriving. Shipping time in each direction is on top of that.
