  2. Send it in

    We're a mail-in service. Ship your system to us and we confirm when it arrives.

  3. We do the work

    Clean, mod, and replace worn parts we find along the way, with your approval first. Most jobs take 1 to 3 business days.

  4. Tested, then returned

    Every system gets a burn-in test before it goes back to you, ready to play.

FAQ

Good questions

Can you mod a console I already own?

Yes, that's most of what we do. Send your own system in and get it back upgraded.

Will my original discs and cartridges still work?

In almost every case, yes. Mods add options. If a specific mod replaces the disc drive, we tell you before you commit.

How long does it take?

Most jobs take 1 to 3 business days once your system arrives, plus shipping time.

Is the work covered by a warranty?

Yes. Our labor is covered for one year. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.

Do I need to drop my console off?

No. We're a mail-in service. You ship your system to us, and listed prices include return shipping unless noted.

Do you include games?

No. We set up the hardware and software and show you how to back up and load the games you own.

Do you work on the Nintendo Switch or newer consoles?

No. We focus on the PS3 and Xbox 360 generation and earlier, and handhelds before the Switch. We don't currently work on the DS, DSi, or Sega systems other than the Dreamcast.

I haven't bought an Android handheld yet. Can you help me choose?
